An elegant and amusing Lotus Leaf bag, designed beautifully in contrasting shades of green lacquer and 24K gold leaf. The handle is designed with Fiber glass lacquered in black and is held onto the bag with exquisite gold-plated sterling silver décor. A spiritual prayer bead covered in 24K gold leaf forms the lock of the bag, while it has been lined inside with light green textile and embellished with a magnificent climbing frog in silver gold plated, with the frog's eyes adorned with striking turquoise brings this piece to life. The bag stands atop gold-plated sterling silver stands.

Aimed at the sophisticated urban woman, they blend function and form with the atelier’s distinctive design. This fashionably stylish handbag is functional and equally versatile – perfect for a weekend brunch, a summer night out, a late-night escapade and an evening cocktail, all effortlessly elevating a casual yet graceful vibe.

The formation and making of the bag is a painstakingly long process, where the master craftsmen first create the mold of the bag (with the design inspiration) by hand taking many attempts to perfect it. Once the mold is finished, contemporary processes of 3D printing takes over to bring it to a raw form. It is then that the master designers from Lotus Arts de Vivre embellish the bag with their wondrous touch to how stands today.

The handle, designed from Brazilian Liana, is a jungle vine, notable for its organic twisting form, found in the tropical and temperate climate in the Mountains of Brazil. Each section of the vine is selected for its aesthetic and functional qualities, before being dried, hollowed out and treated. Liana is widely popular and has been available to art enthusiasts for years. With its unique surface and texture, liana offers a truly exotic accent with no two pieces being the same.

The lock, which is a prayer bead, are the rosary beads commonly used by Buddhists, and Hindus for the spiritual practice known in Sanskrit as japa. These beads are used for keeping count while reciting, chanting, or mentally repeating a mantra or the name or names of a deity. It is known to have a great significance in Asia in the form of good health and spiritual well-being to the owner.

From conceptual design to the finished piece, it has taken over 2.5 months to create with over 6 designers and craftsmen involved at various stages.
