An imperial peacock unfolds with quiet grace in this sculptural leaf bowl, born from the collaboration between LAdV and GORDON GU. The peacock’s head, neck and feet are hand-moulded by LAdV’s master artisans, capturing every intricate feather and poised movement in meticulous detail before being forged in brass with a refined golden finish and accented with delicate turquoise stone eyes. Extending from its body, a luminous, crystal-like leaf bowl featuring ‘Glacier Crystal’, an engineered resin technology, patented and perfected by GORDON GU. Assembled in Thailand, this piece embodies a cross-cultural exchange of craftsmanship and artistry between both the brands.

The peacock symbolises beauty, confidence, renewal, and protection. In feng shui, it is a powerful enhancer of fame, reputation, and upward mobility, especially when placed in the south sector. Its “hundred eyes” feathers are believed to watch over the home, dispel negative energy, attract opportunities, strengthen relationships, and invite prosperity and harmonious recognition.

Over 1.5 months of were spent to create this piece with over 6 designers and craftsmen involved across the brand’s ateliers in Thailand and China.

In a landmark collaboration, LAdV and GORDON GU unite their shared ethos of luxury and lifestyle to craft an exclusive line of home décor and sculptures. This partnership celebrates the fusion of LAdV’s eclectic designs and GORDON GU’s artistic prowess, both serving as ambassadors for each other in the vibrant markets of Thailand and China.
