Scarab-Scaled Koi Fish Earrings with Diamond & Tsavorite

These earrings depict a Scarab-Scaled Koi Fish, with the head hand-carved from deep black wood and set with a vivid green tsavorite eye. The articulated body and tail are crafted in 9K gold and meticulously overlaid with iridescent scarab wings, creating a luminous blue-green shimmer with every movement. A white pear-shaped rose-cut diamond delicately placed between the body and tail adds a final touch of subtle sparkle. 

Scarab designs by LAdV are a signature expression of the House’s identity, blending symbolism, nature, and craftsmanship. Inspired by the scarab’s ancient meaning of renewal and protection, LAdV reinterprets the form through refined handwork, precious metals, and gemstones, often paired with natural materials unique to the brand. Each design is crafted slowly and in limited numbers, giving every scarab jewel its own character, movement, and soul—an artistic emblem that has become unmistakably LAdV. 

This piece took over 2-3 months to produce, with over 5-6 craftsmen involved at various stages of design, production and finishing.
