Scarab-Jewelled Toad Cufflinks with Ruby

These Scarab-Jewelled Toad Cufflinks are a playful yet refined expression of fine craftsmanship and detail. Crafted in 9K gold, each frog is richly decorated with carefully arranged scarab wings that create a vivid blue-green iridescence across the body. Ruby cabochons form the expressive eyes, while full-cut diamonds are delicately set along the body to add sparkle and contrast. The design is completed with a sleek silver bridge finished in black rhodium, providing a polished, contemporary touch and ensuring comfortable, secure wear.

Inspired by the scarab’s ancient meaning of renewal and protection, LAdV reinterprets the form through refined handwork, precious metals, and gemstones, often paired with natural materials unique to the brand. Each design is crafted slowly and in limited numbers, giving every scarab jewel its own character, movement, and soul—an artistic emblem that has become unmistakably LAdV. 

This piece took over 2-3 months to produce, with over 6-8 craftsmen involved at various stages of design, production and finishing.
