Brown Leather Elephant Stool

Hand-crafted Elephant stool covered with brown leather and key features decorated with metal. As a process, the mould of the elephant is made in Fiber, strengthened with Iron and then hand-stitched with fine cow hide. The Elephant comes to life with its features accented with metal. 
 
This classic leather embodied stool makes a striking décor item around the home. Whether used as a stool, a decorative piece, or an artistic expression, it remains an ideal playmate to children and the child within all of us.

As a symbol, Elephants are a traditional representation of power and peace in Thailand, as well as a spiritual mentor for people of all walks of life. The elephant also metaphorically characterizes wisdom, loyalty and various other characteristics such as sensitivity, stability, intelligence, and determination. Lotus Arts de Vivre embodies this belief in all its “elephant” designed products.

The piece took over 8 craftsmen and designers involved in both the ateliers approximately 2 months to complete.
