The Power of One, LAdV Masterpiece Collection x Damisa Vanaswas

Lotus Arts de Vivre hosted The Power of One at its flagship boutique within the famous Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel—an evening conceived as a gathering around craft, collaboration, and artistic continuity. The event marked the launch of LAdV’s annual Masterpiece Collection across jewellery and home décor, alongside a special collaboration with emerging artist Damisa Vanaswas.

Throughout the evening, guests encountered works shaped by rare materials and patient handcraft: objects formed from shells, jewels, lacquer, silk, wood, and eggs, each reflecting the journeys of artisans who work beyond convention. Rather than a traditional showcase, the collection unfolded as an atmosphere—quietly inviting close attention to material, form, and process.

Central to the evening was LAdV’s collaboration with Damisa Vanaswas, presented through a curated selection of 30 paintings and two hand-painted ostrich eggs created exclusively for the exhibition. The eggs—long regarded across cultures as symbols of origin, focus, and renewal—were transformed into sculptural artworks: Dream (夢), ethereal and celestial in tone, and Dragon (龍), a powerful emblem of prosperity and strength. Painted by Damisa and set on bespoke stands designed by LAdV, the works stood as a symbol of dialogue between disciplines and generations.

The Power of One also reflected LAdV’s continued support of emerging artists, with proceeds from selected collaborative works supporting fine art communities and future creative projects.

Unfolding within the intimate setting of the flagship boutique, the evening was less about spectacle and more about connection—between artist and artisan, material and meaning, individuality and unity. The Power of One affirmed Lotus Arts de Vivre’s belief that true masterpieces emerge where craftsmanship, imagination, and shared purpose converge.
