Wooden Table with Wooden Leaf and Frog

This root table has made from  Sandal wood. Lotus Arts de Vivre artist has Decorated this piece with sterling silver frog and carved leaf from teak wood. 

Tempered glass set on top to serve as a side table.

Sandalwoods are heavy, yellow, and fine-grained, and, unlike many other aromatic woods, they retain their fragrance for decades. Sandalwood oil is extracted from the woods for use. Sandalwood is often cited as one of the most expensive woods in the world.

After sourcing these extremely valuable organic formations of ‘Sandalwood’, it took approximately 2 months labour to create this piece with over 8 designers and craftsmen involved.
